We describe how to build a plan in BASIS as a follow-on to defining scope. We perform bottoms-up planning, building a plan by identifying and defining the work (activities) associated with work packages. We revisit the Knowledge Library and its role in augmenting the planning process. In addition, we discuss delegating ownership of the planning process and how baselines can be used to compare Team Member feedback with our projected plan values.
